This drawing for Rosstober was inspired by Sarah J. Maas’ character Nesta from the ACOTAR series as well as the concept of Kintsugi. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. In this way, something that was broken can be made new, or reborn.
